The answer is quite simple, I love helping my patients understand WHY they don’t feel well and then provide them with an individual treatment plan of HOW to get better. Together we’ll explore all modalities of healing that incorporate nutrition, life-style, exercise, and restorative sleep, in addition to evidence based nutritional supplementation when indicated.
As a child and teen, I loved solving mathematic and scientific puzzles…in medicine, I often find similarity in trying to identify the root causes for a patient’s symptoms. Often likened to a detective, I will leave no stone unturned in order to bring clarity to a patient’s mystery illness.
Nothing brings me greater joy than to see a patient’s health restored.
Patients need and deserve more than quick-fix prescription medications used to treat symptoms without taking the time to look for root causes. Patients need and deserve more time with their doctor, more exploration of symptoms in a patient-centered not insurance-driven approach. My practice offers a place for patients to be heard, to be understood, and to be helped and supported on the path to wellness.
Let’s get you on your path to wellness today
Dr. Silver knows what it takes to help you reach optimal health and performance
Passionate about sports from a young age, she played competitive lacrosse and field-hockey during high school and college. During the rigors of medical school and residency she continued to bike and run to balance the long days of studying. After residency she fell in love with triathlons and with dedicated training and sound nutritional planning she qualified three times for the Kona Ironman World Championships. As a mom, Dr. Silver scaled back to competing in 70.3 IM distance racing with her daughters often joining during run sessions.
Passion and persistence is not enough…determination and hard work is involved too
A devastating encounter with a truck in 2016 while cycling left her with burst vertebral fractures, traumatic scoliosis, rib fractures and painful neuropathy. Home confinement and a vice-like upper body brace made Dr. Silver determined to walk and run again. You may have seen her around Boulder walking for miles wearing her brace through the long road to recovery.
Three years later, Dr. Silver is racing again!
She hung up her road bike and now successfully competes in Xterra triathlons and mountain bike racing. She knows what it takes to be on the other side of significant physical struggles and is eager to support you as you begin your journey on the path to wellness.

“Sports have and will always be an incredibly important part of my life…
I am passionate about sports- for all they have taught me and for how they have enriched my life. My accident, though devastating, has helped me relate better to my patients who suffer from chronic pain syndromes and who are recovering from traumatic experiences.”
~ Dr. Kiki Silver
